PROJECT MARSDEN New Home Build & Joinery
In every conceivable way, Project Marsden is designed to be the paragon of environmentally sustainable, luxury living. Featuring a timeless aesthetic, the floor plan was created for optimal multi-generation living with flexible, multi-purpose spaces designed to evolve with the owner’s needs and lifestyle.
A five bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home with an extremely practical, multi-generation layout comprising an expansive two-room master suite with walk-through robe and ensuite plus an additional two bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs, and a two-room fully separate living quarters for aging parents downstairs.
The home features a combined lounge, kitchen and dining space with concealed walk-in pantry, a games room designed to adapt into a home theatre room or downstairs study, hidden under-stair storage and wine cellar, a large laundry, mud closet and WC, a fully enclosable al fresco entertaining area with skylights and heating, a covered balcony and oversized two-car garage with workshop.
A significant upfront investment into the innovative use of sustainable, energy-efficient materials and the highest quality fixtures, finishes and construction techniques adhering to passive house design principles has resulted in a masterpiece home, delivering exceptional value for money and minimal ongoing carbon footprint.
Every aspect of this build has been meticulously considered to withstand the harshest of environmental conditions and scenarios including fire, structural earth movement and extreme storms capable of enduring well beyond the turn of the century without the need for significant maintenance or remodelling. Unique features such as one of NSW’s first residential fire sprinkler systems, the first residential use of Kingspan Evolution PIR core insulated wall panels, and the achievement of a 7.9 NatHERS rating and BASIX 100 Energy score are testament to the pursuit of excellence throughout the build.
This exemplary home epitomises the perfect marriage of form and function. Featuring a practical, adaptable floor plan designed to evolve with the owners over time, every comfort a resident could hope and all with the exceptional feat of achieving a 7.9 star NatHERS rating, a BASIX 100 Energy score and the use of ethically sourced, sustainable materials. The end result is a home designed to stand long into the future, a shining example of what can be achieved in the residential construction industry as we move towards a net-zero future.

CRONULLA Penthouse Renovation & Joinery
This Cronulla penthouse renovation involved a full facelift to create an ultra luxe home, from herringbone hardwood flooring, to custom marble fireplace and a reconfigured kitchen with bespoke cabinetry throughout.

SYLVANIA Renovation & Joinery
Our Sylvania renovation involved building a new kitchen, bathroom and stairwell and installing a lift to help our clients move easily between the garage on the ground floor and kitchen / living area on the third floor. As an avid cook, our client opted for a stunning and robust granite benchtop in their kitchen renovation which offers extreme durability and unique beauty in every piece.

PENSHURST Extension, Renovation & Joinery
We completely stripped this old asbestos clad cottage back to its bare bones and rebuilt the whole home including all new electrical and plumbing. We also designed, manufactured and installed all joinery throughout the home.

LEWISHAM Extension, Renovation & Joinery
Second storey addition and renovation of the existing home including design, manufacture and installation of custom joinery throughout the home.

Ros & Robert DowdellPenshurst
Dear Clinton, we really can’t thank you and your team enough for turning our rundown cottage into our dream home. As you are probably aware it can be real gamble selecting a builder to undertake renovations, but we came out winners when we chose your company.
Your continual efforts to work with us turning all our ideas into reality and suggest improvements wherever necessary, was very much appreciated. Your entire team’s attention to detail and prompt and efficient service have made the whole process manageable and far less stressful than it could have been.
You adapted to the restrictions caused by Covid and worked through shortages of supplies with ease and without complaint. We feel a special mention should be made of our project manager, Adam and his assistant Max who worked tirelessly and skilfully throughout the entire build. Also to Louis for the painting work he did, both inside and out.
We certainly would not hesitate to recommend your firm to our family, friends and neighbours, in fact we already have. Thank you so very much. Ros and Robert Dowdell.

SYLVANIA New Home Build & Joinery
We built this home over 20 years ago and it still stands proud today. We recently renovated the home which included building and joinery works.

NEWTOWN Renovation & Joinery
An extensive home renovation whereby this terrace house was completely stripped bare and extensive remediation and renovation works were carried out by our building and joinery team. A really cool design feature that we came up with for our client was a glass viewing panel in the floor to his basement cellar!
