We completed an internal renovation of this home to the kitchen, dining and bathrooms. Works included removing and replacing existing bearers and joists, new windows & flooring, plumbing, electrical and painting. We also manufactured and installed all the joinery to the kitchen, dining banquet seating, bathrooms and laundry.

This project included a new custom kitchen that our joiners manufactured and installed and associated building works to the existing home to create an open plan.

Clinton Built recently completed internal renovations and added a deck with privacy screen and roof, accessed through a large sliding door from our new dining room. We are very happy with the results, which have given our old 1960s house a real facelift and doubled our living space.

Clinton are highly professional, with excellent workmanship and we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate. They do all their joinery/kitchens in-house, and this was very advantageous when we needed to tweak the design at the last minute.
It was a pleasure dealing with all their staff, from Project Mgr Matthew, builders, joiners, and the tradies they engaged for the job (electrician, plumber etc).
The kitchen was completed in two weeks which in itself was impressive, even factoring in changes and swapping out appliance models during the reno. Prior to the work starting, we had Matt come out and answer any questions, which was reassuring. Nothing was an issue, and the completion time was much appreciated as we had two young toddlers running around.
